I recently moved to Prince George from Vancouver with a job and was in the market to buy my first home since the market can’t get any better. I also wanted something to invest in. I’ve been dealing with this real estate agent from this small town (I will not mention her name or where she works) for a couple weeks. She is couple years older than me, no older than 35, and is a very good looking, smart girl. She and I have spent some time together looking at houses and we’ve become good friends. Every time there was a house available we would go for a drive together and hangout for a while in the house to check it out, all the while flirting with each other. A little out of my price range but I could afford it. It was at a nice neighborhood up at the hart highway area.

She kept mentioning things like “and this is where your girlfriend can snuggle with you” or “this is the master bedroom, there plenty of room for you and your girlfriend to spread out together.” I was not sure what to do or say because she knew I didn’t have a girlfriend. I just said, sounds great. I thought she was rushing me to make my decisions. Well after looking around the house, we sat down on the couch in the living room and she scooted over to me, leaned against me and said, “let’s pretend I’m your girlfriend, can’t you just see us sitting here after a long day at work…” and with that she looked up at me and even before I knew it I started kissing her. She pulled away a bit, then pulled my shirt out of my pants, undid my pant’s zipper and got between my legs on her knees and started giving me a blowjob. She seemed happy. Then we got out of the house and walked to our cars silently. I dropped her off at her office and went back to my apartment. Sure enough after an hour she called me in to sign the offer letter. Everything went well and I bought the house. However, we never spoke of the incident. I am not sure if I should contact her or not again to see what she was up to. Thought of it is really hot.
